Delivery Policy

1.Cost of shipping

It varies according to the delivery region. The shipping options will be indicated at checkout, before you finalize the order. Check out the available shipping methods:

 

Expresso (COURRIER) - Only in Rio de Janeiro. The best option if you have an urgency to receive your order. On business days, purchases approved until 4pm will be delivered on the same day (option valid only in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro, Barra da Tijuca and Niterói)

 

Fast (SEDEX) - Price and time for intermediate delivery, from 1 to 10 days depending on your location in Brazil. Check it out at checkout.

 

Economic (PAC) - The value of the freight is cheaper, but the delivery of your order is longer. Check the deadline at checkout.

2.Delivery time

The delivery time varies according to the destination location and the type of freight chosen at the time of purchase. This period begins to be counted from the business day following the payment confirmation (bank settlement or authorization of purchase by the credit card company). It can take up to 48 hours for the card to be released by the card company. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be dispatched on the first business day following payment confirmation.

The delivery service is performed through the Post Office or carriers hired by JULIA GASTIN and the order can be received by third parties, such as employees of the condominium / residence and relatives, as long as the packaging is checked at the time of receipt. JULIA GASTIN is not responsible for requests received with a sign of violation. The delivery of the order will be made according to the deadline determined at the time of order confirmation. Exchange and Return Policy

JUL IA GASTIN wishes total consumer satisfaction when making its purchases. In this sense, we created the Exchange and Return Policy, respecting your needs and based on the Consumer Protection Code . You, the consumer, assume the purchase and sale conditions presented when making a purchase at JULIA GASTIN.

 

 

  • It is important to keep the invoice received at the time of delivery of the purchased products and the transactional emails of the purchase as a guarantee.

  • Never accept a product with a broken seal.

  • Only product returns will be accepted: unused, that have not been altered by the consumer or third parties, intact, with the original labels and their original packaging.

  • ALL returned products must be accompanied by the invoice, filled on the back with the full name and address; request number; product code to be returned and your name - informed in the invoice; along with the reason for the exchange / return. All of this must be signed by the consumer.

  • The original packaging of the purchased product, as well as manuals, labels, accompanying items must be kept in good condition.

  • In case of exchange or return, the items will be evaluated first.

  • Whoever receives the product should always check the order items and the invoice at the time of delivery

  • We take full responsibility for the quality of the products throughout the journey, while being transported to their destination.

  • Once the delivery is filed, the responsibility for the integrity of the product becomes immediately that of the recipient. The same goes for products delivered to third party addresses.

 

 

In order to make a return in case of regret or withdrawal, we offer a period of 7 calendar days after receipt of the product at the place of delivery. The returned product must be in its original packaging, with tags, in perfect condition and presented with the 1st copy of the invoice. Upon receipt of the product, it will undergo an analysis of a maximum of 6 days. The average transport time is 6-8 days to go and 6-8 days to return. If the product does not comply with the conditions described here, it will be returned to the sender together with a communication.
